Terms and Conditions

For multi day tours a $300 deposit is required to establish and hold a reservation to cover costs of accommodation, flights, admin fees and other tour costs. ​ Your deposit guarantees your reservation for the tour, therefore it is non-refundable should you choose to withdraw from the tour for any reason. Should Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures cancel the tour, your deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation fees are unable to be waived as a result of the following:

  • Injury or sickness.

  • Change of circumstances

  • Delayed, rescheduled or missed flights

  • Climatic, social or political problems.

Travel insurance is recommended to cover your costs incase of personal injury before and during the tour. ​ ​

​Our tours include public liability insurance. It is up to the individual participant to obtain own personal insurance. Once your tour commences, if you can not continue the tour due to anything including injury there will be no refund given. ​


Upon making a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: I understand the inherent risks involved in trail bike riding both on and off-road, and participate in the trip at my own risk. I acknowledge that Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures, its representatives, and agents are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, financial loss, or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control. I understand that Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures is not responsible for the conduct of other participants, and I will comply with all local traffic regulations and the rules of the group trip. I will take all necessary precautions to ensure that my actions do not harm other people, the local environment, or my rental vehicle. Furthermore, I confirm that I am in good health and able to meet the tour's physical requirements, and I possess a valid and current motorcycle license. All terms and conditions are binding and will be upheld.


Motorcycle Hire Damage Security Deposit

The individual renting the motorcycle for hire is responsible for any and all damages sustained by the bike during the rental period. It is mandatory to possess a valid and up-to-date motorcycle license. If the motorcycle sustains any damages as a result of an accident or negligence, you will be held responsible for the additional expenses incurred. This includes the costs of transportation and handling, if any, of the damaged motorcycle to the final destination of the motorcycle tour. All prices mentioned are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and already include a 10% GST. Please note that our motorcycles come equipped with third party CTP insurance.


The rider is responsible for

  • Any of the terms of the rental agreement Damage to property that is caused by careless, wilful or reckless riding including whilst the rider is under the influence of drugs or alcohol Damage to property is caused by submersion in water, such as river crossing, including salt water, resulting from rider negligence.

  • The rider’s license is invalid, not current or not appropriately rated for the motorcycle.

  • The motorcycle was being ridden in an unlawful manner, such as on the right hand side of the road.

  • The participant is solely responsible for the ignition keys during the normal course of a riding day. Should they be lost or stolen due to neglect or failure to follow the tour leaders’ instructions the participant is responsible for the cost of replacement ​


Required Documents

  • Copy of current motorcycle licence or learners licence.

  • Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted. Release and Waiver,

  • Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement must also be signed in person at the beginning of your tour. We will provide a copy for you to sign.


The motorcycle tour packages exclude the following items: alcoholic beverages, optional tours and sightseeing excursions, gratuities, travel insurance, and insurance coverage for rider injury. For any necessary first aid attention, we have trained first aiders and a satellite phone equipped with first aid supplies. You will receive daily briefings about expected itinerary conditions. Prior to the start of the tour, the motorcycle tour leader will provide a briefing to each participant about local speed limits, signage, and other relevant traffic regulations.


  • It is the participant’s responsibility to adhere to all traffic regulations. All local road rules must be complied with.

  • Participants must hold a valid motorcycle licence.

  • Helmets are mandatory.

  • Participants must be aware of traffic, road conditions, weather and other motorcyclists.

  • Participants understand that motorcycling is a dangerous activity and are aware of these risks and fully accepts these risks, and are solely responsible for for keeping their motorcycle under control, selecting proper speeds and adhering to state laws.

  • Participants are solely responsible for their choice of riding style and speed selection even when following a motorcycle tour guide in convoy formation with other motorcyclists.

  • Participants ride at his/her own risk and are legally liable for injury or damage to fellow participants or other road users, whether being lead by the motorcycle leader or otherwise.

  • Participants must follow the directions of the motorcycle leader at all times. 

  • Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures reserves the right to terminate a rider’s motorcycle tour if he considers the rider is unsafe either to himself/herself or to others, or for offensive behaviour, and thereby forfeiting the balance of the motorcycle tour.


We will need to collect certain information from you, some of which may be of a personal nature. The information may be disclosed to our service providers to enable the services to be provided but will not be used for any other purpose. We highly suggest you obtain travel insurance and Ambulance cover before the tour starts.


You acknowledge that travelling with Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures requires a level of adaptability, a positive attitude, and an understanding that the itinerary, accommodation, and vehicles may be subject to changes even after the trip has begun, without prior notice due to local circumstances. Changes may occur due to factors beyond Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures control, such as Covid-19 related restrictions, border restrictions, poor road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures reserves the right to modify any part or the entirety of the arrangements presented on the website and tour dossier, should conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control make such action necessary. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives of the same standard, quality, and duration as the original itinerary. If you decide to cancel your tour, cancellation fees as outlined in the Booking Conditions and Trip Terms and Conditions will be applied.


Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures is not liable for any loss of enjoyment or compensation caused by events beyond our control. Any incidental expenses resulting from changes made by us, such as additional accommodation or airfare, are not our responsibility. As an adventurous trip, participation carries inherent risks that you acknowledge and accept, including the usual risks of travel and additional risks associated with adventure travel and motorcycling. You understand and agree that these risks may result in personal injury, death, property damage, or loss, and that Love Offroad Motorcycle Adventures is not responsible for such outcomes.


Cancellation Policy

Cancelling after booking confirmation, but prior to your final payment, your deposit is non-refundable. If cancelling after final payment and or instalments have been received:

More than 21 days prior to departure date – 75% is refunded.

Between 21 and 14 days prior to departure date – 50% is refunded.

Between 14 and 7 days prior to departure date – 25% is refunded.

Less than 7 days prior to departure date – No refund

It is highly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover costs incase of illness of injury.
